At Kabrita Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status.
